Q: Where are you located?

A: We’re based in the United States, near Cleveland, Ohio.

Q: Do you have a physical (brick and mortar) store?

A: No. In addition to this web store, you can find us vending in the dealer’s room at various anime conventions throughout the Midwest.

Q: Is your merchandise officially licensed?

A: Yes! We pride ourselves on offering officially licensed merchandise from authorized distributors both here in the U.S. and in Japan.

Q: There’s an item that I want, but I don’t see it here on the site. Is it possible to special order it?

A: While we don’t take special orders per se, it might be worth asking us via the Contact Us form, just in case we might have gotten a shipment in that hasn’t made it up onto the site yet. Many of the products that we get from Japan arrive in very limited supply and/or have a limited ordering window, and it’s common to see items at our convention booths that sell out before they can be listed here.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Unfortunately, we only ship to destinations within the U.S. There are a number of reasons for this, including changing postal requirements and rates as well as reduced package tracking availability.
